Elizabeth from Art and Pastry will be selling canvas landscape acrylic paintings, as well as scratch baked pastries. She also has an online shop, Fine Art America, where she sells prints and other various items with her artwork on it. Elizabeth specializes in cakes, but will primarily be bringing a selection of filled cookies and cake bites to our market. 
Elizabeth believes that shopping local will help small businesses and artisanal shops thrive. You also typically get a far better product when you shop local vs purchasing mass produced products!
Fun Fact: She was a professional Pastry Chef for over 10 years in the United States. She was working the better half of my career in the Washington DC metro area. The last place she worked, before moving to Windsor, was 202 Donuts making lots of creative flavoured donuts from scratch.
