Baking with CLASS

Secondary vendor |
Colleen started baking in 2017 as a destresser, she decided to turn it into a business as her children were coming and cleaning out all her baked goods! She started with farmers markets and now it has grown from there!
She believes it is important to shop local to help put money back into the small businesses which in turn puts money back into the small towns and villages! Fun fact: Colleen hates dirty dishes so she always has a sink of hot water ready if someone puts a dirty dish down. |

I offer a wide variety of baked goods catering to those with dietary restrictions. I offer keto, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, vegan and sugar free items. I got started way back in culinary school when my friend was diagnosed with Celiac disease and at the time (10 plus years ago) there wasn't much on the market for someone with a sweet tooth. So i took my culinary training and my passion for baking thanks to my mom and started my journey.
My specialty would have to be my peanut butter cookies (i make my own peanut butter) and my gingersnap cookies (Lunenburgs favourite). To me its important to shop local because your not only supporting the small local businesses but also the families behind those businesses, the community and helping raising the next generation by showing them that entrepreneurship is the driving force of the future. Fun fact: When I'm not in an apron baking away I'm juggling an acting and modelling career, a management job and raising 2 kids. |
