Nicole grows cut flowers and herbs in a small garden located in Falmouth. Growing sustainably is incredibly important, so the focus is on soil health and regenerative practices.  Freshness and health is the number one goal! Nothing is ever sprayed in the garden and when you purchase your bouquet, it will have been harvested less than 24 hours before to give you the most time to enjoy it in your home! You can find garden style floral bouquets and completely edible herb bouquets weekly at the market or by special order.  Dried flower items will be made available later in the season.  Nicole is currently pursuing her Master Gardener’s certification through Dalhousie Agriculture and also holds a degree in Classical Piano Performance through Acadia University, teaching lessons during the school year.
